Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro cities: 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our logistics partner's portal.
6. Packaging

7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Please contact support to rearrange delivery.
