At MediMartia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened and sealed packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Hygiene & Health Safety Exceptions
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened:
- Incontinence products (pads, pants, bed protectors, catheters)
- Worn orthopedic supports (braces, splints, compression garments)
- Personal care items (gloves, wound care, intimate hygiene products)
- Any product marked "non-returnable" on its product page
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and complies with UK consumer hygiene regulations.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@medimartia.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
